NORTHRIDGE, Calif. –
Friday afternoon's Big West Conference baseball game between the Cal State Northridge Matadors and the Cal Poly Mustangs has been postponed due to inclement weather, head coach Matt Curtis announced today. The teams were originally scheduled to play at 3 p.m. but will now play a doubleheader on Saturday, Apr. 14.
The first game of the doubleheader is set for 12 p.m. with the second slated to begin 30 minutes after the ending of the first.
The Matadors have won two games in a row and are 14-18 on the season with a 2-4 mark in Big West play. The Mustangs (20-11, 4-2 Big West) are winners of three out of their last four, including a three-game sweep over UC Irvine last weekend in San Luis Obispo.
