Mahina Haina appeared in all 31 matches and 118 sets for the Matadors during her junior season ... was one of three CSUN players to appear in all 118 sets (Sydney Gedryn, Britney Graff) ... led the Matadors in kills and kills per set for the second straight season after putting down 320 kills for a 2.71 kps average ... earned honorable mention All-Big West honors for the second time in as many seasons ... finished with double figures in kills 18 times to lead the team ... also posted season career-highs of 16 aces (0.14 saps), 135 digs (1.24 dps) and 12 assists ... finished sixth on the squad with 40 blocks ... notched her first collegiate double-double with 11 kills and 10 digs in the Matadors' straight-set win over James Madison (Sept. 1) ... had 10 kills and a career-high 11 digs against UC Irvine (Sept. 29) ... pounded a Matador season-high 19 kills while hitting .400 in 35 swings against Idaho (Sept. 3) ... served a season-high three aces in CSUN's 3-0 win at Pacific (Nov. 17) ... was named to the USF Powerade Challenge All-Tournament Team (Sept. 7-8).
Haina was one of two Matador players (Monica McFarland) to appear in all 29 matches and 104 sets ... led Cal State Northridge with 344 kills (3.31 kps) which ranks sixth on the single season rally scoring era list ... wound up ninth in the Big West in kills per set and was named honorable mention All-Conference for the first time ... also added 75 digs (0.72 dps), 48 blocks (0.46 bps) and five aces while hitting .235 for the season ... posted a career-best as well as Matador season-best 28 kills in CSUN's 3-2 victory over Weber State (Aug. 27) ... was named to the All-Tournament teams at the Utah Classic (Aug. 26-27) and the UNLV Invitational (Sept. 9-10) and was named tournament MVP at the Sacramento State Invitational (Sept. 2-3) ... also earned Big West Player of the Week honors on Sept. 5 ... took a career-high 51 swings at Cal Poly (Oct. 13) and her 931 attempts for the season ranks 10th in a single season ... had double figures in kills 20 times in 29 matches and had at least 15 kills in a match six times ... served a career-high four aces against UC Santa Barbara (Nov. 18).
Appeared in 28 matches and 76 sets as a true freshman ... started eight matches at the outside hitter spot ... finished third on the Matadors with 196 kills and was second in kills per set at 2.58 ... finished third on the squad in points per set (2.88) ... also finished the season with 59 digs (0.78 dps), 24 blocks (0.32 bps) and 10 aces (0.13 saps) ... had double figures in kills in nine of her first 14 matches of the season, but just once in the final 14 matches ... had 14 kills in a 3-0 win over UNLV (Sept. 17), the most by a Matador player in a three-set match ... hit a season-high .565 against the Rebels and .481 with 15 kills against Xavier to earn All-Tournament honors at the UNLV Classic (Sept. 17-18) ... pounded a season-high 19 kills in a season-high 51 swings against Loyola Marymount (Sept. 24) ... had 17 kills, three aces, seven digs and one solo block in the Big West opener against UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 24) ... narrowly missed her first collegiate double-double with 12 kills and nine digs in CSUN's 3-1 win over San Jose State (Sept. 18).

Competed in volleyball, basketball, water polo and track at Iolani High School in Honolulu, Hawai'i ... played both outside hitter and middle blocker positions for the Raiders volleyball team ... was named honorable mention on the 2009 AVCA Under Armour All-America Team ... earned 2009 Honolulu Advertiser first team All-State as well as ILH Division I Player of the Year ... was also named to the All-State Fab 15 Team and first team All-Star as a senior in 2009 ... also picked up ILH All-Star accolades in 2007 and 2008 ... graduated in 2010.
