Ashley Meyer recently joined the staff as an
Assistant Athletic Trainer.
Ashley is originally from Queens, New York. An
alumna of the State University of New York at Cortland, she earned
a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. There, she gained
experience working with men’s and women’s lacrosse,
women’s volleyball, football, and spring sports at the high
school and junior college level. She also competed as an ice hockey
player. She also had experience working with the Elmira Pioneers in
the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League.
Ashley graduated from CSUN in May 2014 with a
Master’s in Kinesiology with a concentration in biomechanics.
As a graduate assistant athletic trainer, Ashley worked with the
men’s and women’s volleyball and track and field
As of September 2014, Ashley returned to CSUN as a full time staff member and currently works with the women’s soccer, softball and tennis teams.
