Raquel Sola won her second Big West hammer title in three years with a throw of 189-7 (57.79) ... advanced to the NCAA West Regionals where she placed ninth with a mark of 186-7 (56.87) ... tossed a career-best 193-11 (59.11) to win the Cal-Nevada Championship at Fresno State ... her lifetime-best ties for the second best mark in Northridge history ... finished 14th in the weight throw at the MPSF Indoor Championships with a toss of 50-11.50 (15.53) ... posted an indoor season-best of 53-1 (16.18) at the Husky Classic.
