Olympia Jewett finished 11th in the Big West heptathlon scoring a career-best 4,488 points ... notched a season-best 5-4.25 (1.63) in the high jump during the multi-event competition... also finished 10th in the high jump competition ... was also 15th in the long jump and 10th in the triple jump ... ran a season-best 14.54 in the 100 meter hurdles to place fourth at the Cal State LA Twilight Open ... also had season-bests of 17-8.25 in the long jump and 37-9.25 in the triple jump ... finished 10th in the pentathlon at the MPSF Indoor Championships after scoring 3,307 points ... tallied a season-best 3,401 at the UW Invitational ... jumped a season-best 17-10.25 (5.44) in the long jump to finish second at the Boise State Team Challenge ... also had an indoor season-best 9.11 in the 60 meter hurdles at the UW Invitational.

Jewett competed in both track and basketball at Culver City High School in Culver City, Calif. ... earned All-Ocean League honors from 2006-10 and was also the school's Athlete of the Year as well as Scholar Athlete ... the Centaurs won league championships in track in 2006 and basketball in 2006-07 ... also earned all-league honors in basketball as a power forward from 2006-08 ... graduated in 2010 with a 3.6 grade point average.
