Lady Samson Finishes Third at 2009 Ventura County Women's Championship

Cal State Northridge sophomore Lady Samson placed third with a two-round score of 159 at the Ventura County Women's Championship June 27-28.
Samson, who completed her freshman season at Northridge in June, posted a blistering round of 73 at Olivas Links G.C. and then finished with an 86 at Buena Ventura G.C.
Samson's two-round score of 159 was just four shots behind champion Kelley Morris (155) and one shot back of Dawn Hollingsworth (158).
