* The 108-74 Pepperdine victory extended its winning streak over Cal State Northridge to seven games.
* Pepperdine now has beaten Cal State Northridge eight times in ten meetings at The Matadome.
* Overall, Pepperdine is 22-3 in games over Cal State Northridge.
* CSUN has not beaten Pepperdine on its home court since a 69-62 decision on Nov. 20, 1999.
* Jasmine Erving, who has started 45 games in the past two seasons at CSUN including 23 starts a year ago, came off the bench tonight and responded with eleven points and five rebounds in 19 minutes (14 minutes in the first half).
* Seven of the ten players who competed for CSUN played double-digit minutes led by Janelle Nomura who played a team-high 35 minutes in a reserve role …  All five CSUN starters played at least 23 minutes.
* This was the first Matador appearance for freshman Haley White, who also started and played 23 minutes.
* Sophomore forward Violet Alama, starting her seventh collegiate career game, tallied a career-high 20 points, hitting 8-of-12 shots along with four free throws in eight attempts … Her previous career-high was 15 points, twice last year.
* Sophomore guard Janelle Nomura tied her career-high in assists with seven tonight against Pepperdine … Twice last year, Normura tallied seven assists.
