CSUN’s win over Seattle University …
• Makes Northridge 5-10 in the 2009-10 season
• Makes Northridge 386-194 all-time at The Matadome
• Makes Head Coach Bobby Braswell 210-191 in his Northridge career
• Improves Northridge’s record against Seattle to 2- 0 in the all-time series
• Gives Northridge a 682-726 all-time record
Individual Notes:
• Junior Rashaun McLemore set new career highs in several categories including points (14), assists (4), blocks (1), rebounds (6).
• Junior Dathan Lyles set a new career high in points with five.
• Junior Lenny Daniel picked up his 4th double-double of the season, scoring 11 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.
• As a team, the Matadors set new season-highs in several categories: points (98), assists (21), rebounds (54), and free throw attempts (49) and makes at the line (34).
• Seattle did not block a shot, which is a Matador-opponent season low.
• CSUN’s bench had a big night, outscoring the Seattle bench 58-28.
• Northridge had four players score in double-figures: Vinnie McGhee (22), Kenny Daniels (19), McLemore (14) and Daniel (11).
• With 7:25 left to go in the 2nd half, the Matadors led 71-55, but the Redhawks would go on a 16-6 run over the next 2:52 to close to within six, 77-71.
