NORTHRIDGE, Calif. - The Northridge Baseball Camp High School Training Academy, for ages 13 and older, begins its third summer on Monday June 22nd. The Training Academy focuses on developing the specific muscles and movements that improve running speed, core strength, bat speed, hitting power, and throwing velocity.

Hitters and position players attend the Academy Monday through Thursday from 4-6 p.m., while pitchers and catchers attend from 6-8 p.m. The first four-week session runs from June 22-July 16, with the second four-week option taking place from July 20-August 13.
The first week of Youth Day Camp, for ages 5-13, is July 27-30. Camp runs from 9:00 a.m.-2:30p.m., and includes after-camp hitting from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
