Chester Pak joined the Cal State Northridge Matadors as a freshman and redshirted in 2011.

Chester Pak played four years of baseball for the Brahmas of the Sierra League. In 2009 and 2010, he was named to the All-Sierra League First Team and All-Area SGV Second Team, as well as the All-Valley Third Team as a senior.
