NORTHRIDGE, Calif. -
The Cal State Northridge Matadors have added another baseball camp to the winter slate, this time for high school teams scheduled from January 11-13, 2013 at Matador Field. The High School Team Camp is open to all high schools competing in the 2013 season and will be conducted by members of the Cal State Northridge baseball team and coaching staff.
The camp is a way for current high school teams to receive instruction from a Division I program in a number of drills and games. The camp will consist of individual and team instruction as well as scrimmages for teams to compete against one another during the week.
The cost of registration for the High School Team Camp is $400 per team. Family and friends are invited to attend as spectators as well. Parking on campus is $6 per day and daily permits can be purchased from any information booth or the self-serve parking pass station in Lot E6 on the corner of Halsted and Lindley Avenues, adjacent to Matador Field.
