Men's Student-Athlete of the Week - Sagi Lev-Ari, Soccer

Sophomore forward Sagi Lev-Ari scored Northridge's lone goal this week in a match at UNLV on Friday, Sept. 7. Teammate Beto Velasquez took a shot that was saved by the UNLV goalkeeper before rebounding to Lev-Ari. The Haifa, Israel, native then put the loose ball in for his Big West-leading fourth goal of the season.

Lev-Ari has made an immediate impact since joining Cal State Northridge this season. Through the team's first five matches he has scored four goals for eight points. Lev-Ari has scored a goal in three matches this year, including two in CSUN's 4-0 win over Portland on August 24.
