Fatema Noor is in her 6th year at Cal State Northridge where she serves as the Assistant to the Associate Athletics Director for External Affairs for the Matadors' Intercollegiate Athletic Department.

Before her transition to Athletics, Fatema worked for University Advancement, as the Executive Assistant for the Associate Vice President of Development. 

Fatema is a CSUN alumnus with a BA in Liberal Studies and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration. 

Born in Afghanistan, but raised primarily in the San Fernando Valley, Fatema currently resides in Chatsworth.
