Jerry De Felice joined the Cal State Northridge as Director of Development for Intercollegiate Athletics in November, 2010.
De Felice also has served as Director of Development for Division of Student Affairs since March, 2008.
De Felice has an extensive background in university recruitment, advisement, counseling, public relations, management and strategy. De Felice's current responsibilities include developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive fund development program aimed at identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major gift prospects and donors.
At Cal State Northridge, De Felice has worked closely with departments, center directors and key personnel. One of De Felice's goals is to identify, cultivate, qualify, solicit and steward prospects and donors for major gifts and multi-pledges of $50,000 or greater.
De Felice began his association with Cal State Northridge in 2000 when he was named Regional Coordinator/Outreach Counselor for Student Outreach and Recruitment Services. His responsibilities included creating and presenting CSUN and CSU early outreach, admissions, financial aid, and motivational workshops for alumni, students and parents to more than 100 elementary, middle school and high schools in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
Since 2006, De Felice has served as an Assistant Director of Development for Division of Student Affairs and Major Gifts Officer for University Advancement. De Felice earned his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Cal State Northridge. De Felice later earned a Masters degree in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.
